In her position as client service associate, Mary Katherine “Miller” Erickson efficiently assists the Red Door team with the digital aspect of creating and submitting client paperwork, as well as other operational, list management and onboarding duties.
Prior to joining the Red Door team, Miller managed a local insurance agency office. In that role, she gained valuable workflow experience, as well as strong customer service skills, that she now utilizes to assist the Red Door team and their clients with a seamless client service experience.
A native of Ridgeland, Mississippi, Miller graduated from The Veritas School in 2015. Afterward, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in three-dimensional fine arts from Covenant College in 2019. Miller and her husband reside in East Memphis, and they are members at Second Presbyterian Church. In her free time, Miller enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, relaxing in the pool, painting and creating art, and supporting the Memphis Grizzlies.
