As a wealth advisor, Carter serves his clients’ needs while managing their specific financial plans and investment strategy. In the retirement plan space, he works with plan sponsors to implement best practices for their benefit plans. As a member, he will share responsibility for making key decisions for the firm. Carter also has extensive experience in institutional money management and helps oversee Red Door’s alternative investment strategies. He holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor credential from the National Association of Plan Advisors, which is reserved for those advisors who demonstrate the expertise required to act as a plan fiduciary or help plan fiduciaries manage their roles and responsibilities.
A graduate of Christian Brothers High School, Carter attended Christian Brothers University and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. He serves as a board member of the Blue Streak Scholarship Foundation and Catholic Charities of West Tennessee. He is also a parishioner of St. Michael Catholic Church. Carter resides in his hometown of Memphis with his wife and three children.
