Daniel Allen, J.D. Vice President, Financial Advisor
Daniel concentrates on developing client relationships and implementing comprehensive investment strategies. He believes advisors should offer more than traditional asset management, which is why he focuses on providing complete financial solutions through Red Door and Cannon Wright Blount, our partner accounting firm. A native Memphian, Daniel was part of the first graduating class at St. George's Independent School and is an ex-officio board member. He went on to study finance and international business at The University of Tennessee and earned a Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law.
Fred Hiatt Chief Operating Officer, Member
With more than 18 years in the financial services industry, Fred Hiatt leads our company. He employs a comprehensive approach to wealth management with all of our clients. His hard work and a loyal dedication to his clients resonate with those individuals and their families. Fred also serves on our investment committee and is active in the community. He is a member of Collierville United Methodist Church, a member of the 2013 class of Leadership Collierville, a member of the Collierville Chamber and a board member for Page Robbins.
John Phillips V, CFA, CFP® Chief Investment Officer, Member
John works diligently to enhance the company’s money management strategies and services. He heads Red Door’s investment committee and advisory board, making strategic decisions to fine-tune the investment models and financial plans that the firm implements. He is a native Memphian and a graduate of The University of Virginia.
Gretchen Gassner Turley Director of Client Relations
Gretchen oversees business development and marketing initiatives, cultivates existing Red Door client relationships and serves as a client liaison between Red Door and Cannon Wright Blount. A native Memphian, she is a graduate of Rhodes College and a member of Idlewild Presbyterian Church. Gretchen also serves on the board of directors for Visible Music College, the advisory board for the Step Ahead Foundation and is an honorary member of the AIA Gassner Award selection committee.
Doug Wright, CPA, CITP Chief Financial Officer, Member
Doug serves as the chief financial officer for Red Door and is a member of the investment committee. His professional background includes experience with business management software systems, as well as capital financing. Doug is also the chief financial officer at Cannon Wright Blount.
Jud is the CEO of Cannon Wright Blount. He adds 25 years of client advisory experience to the Red Door team. Jud’s insight into what business owners truly need to be successful enhances the bundled service offerings that Red Door provides to its clients.
Richard loved his work, loved the people he worked with and loved the clients he worked for. But his greatest love was reserved for his Lord and Savior and his wonderful family. He will be dearly missed by all he touched.
